Soaring Choices

What good does it do to be afraid of the unknown

When we base our beliefs of the future solely on the known

On a fractured idea of what is truly out there

Why can’t I help but feel that behind the illusion

There is more than we could ever dream of…

We are so used to discomfort meaning pain

What if this time it meant growth? Expansion? Unity?

Our reality is in the making

What will we choose?

I know my choice

Despite the pain, the discomfort, the unknown

I choose to soar
